Tommy G's Sausage
with Reindeer Meat

We didn’t wanna make just any old regular reindeer sausage, we wanted to make the best in the state, possibly the best in the world! These products contain 25% reindeer meat, a significantly higher percentage than you’ve likely ever tasted!

George Aguiar from Archipelago Farms, a trusted and respected farm here in Fairbanks, provided us with the animal. We worked closely with George and our recipe connoisseur, Jon Frohling, to ensure we provided the best expression of the Reindeer in this incredibly delicious sausage.
